U16's Craighouse 71 v 0 MTS

Craighouse are the strongest side in Chile and certainly let our boys know it. It was always going to be a hard tour for our boys playing against under 16 teams coming to the end of their seasons. This meant that the opposition were much older and have the huge advantage of well practiced set pieces. In truth, our lads are very new to lifting in the line-out and scrummaging at this level. This has made life difficult for both our forwards to compete and back line to attack. There were several pleasing aspects, with some good attacking play and were unlucky not to score with some great breaks by Oliver and Ethan. Our defensive effort was also excellent at times with George Kimmance and Jonathan LP impressing once again.
